My partner and I took a flight with your company yesterday.
I just wanted to say the biggest thank you to Ross again for the flight which was amazing and I will certainly never ever forget, he went above and beyond for us. I have attached a photo I had taken with him in it. I wanted to reinforce to him how much we appreciated the flight.
Trish (on your counter) and Ross are assets to your team (which I am sure you know) and I would like to commend them on their outstanding level of customer service, which definately did not go un-noticed or unappreciated by us. It made the experience that much more enjoyable and I will definately recommend your company to anyone I know travelling from here on the Gold Coast to NZ.

Just a note to thank you once again for your generosity and professionism in looking after us on our flight on Sunday.
We are back home in Kendall (Mid North Coast, NSW) and extolling the virtues of your brilliant and friendly service in a highly competitive tourism area.
I was in New Zealand last year and used a chopper to have a look at Fox and was impressed with the service that was provided and realise how competitive an environment you operate in.
Our flight was the highlight of our stay in NZ and will be emphasisd in my reports written for our travel consultant.

Hi,
I am writing to say how thrilled I was to fly with you to the Horace Walker glacier at the end of March.
I have flown light aircraft for 32 years but I have never experienced such a wonderful flight as I did with Wayne that day. He was a great pilot and made everyone feel safe as well as giving a knowledgeable and interesting commentary on what we were seeing as we flew among the mountains.
I have been telling everyone since I have been home that the flight to the glacier was the highlight of my holiday. Everyone should experience the absolute quiet of the glacier and I can understand why a lot of people cry when they land as to be on the glacier is almost overwhelming.
I can thoroughly recommend this excursion to anyone and if you would care to add this letter to your testimonial section please feel free.
My thanks once again for the best trip of my life.

Just writing to thank you and all the staff for a wonderful, memorable flight and glacier landing for my dad and myself on the 28 January.
We were very impressed by the attitude and friendliness of all the staff we had contact with. Especially Gary for making this flight such a memorable occasion for my dad's 80th birthday. He still finds it unbelievable that he has been on the flight and takes every opportunity telling people all about it.

To The Gang At Mount Cook Ski Planes
Hello Friends!
Just a quick note to let you know what an “out of this world” adventure my wife, Kris, and I had flying and landing on the glaciers with you!
I’ve flown more than 10,000 hours commercially and in combat, and I can honestly say that my flight to the Mount Cook Glacier was the most memorable of all of my air hours. The views are more than breathtaking, and we hope to visit you again soon. If you don’t provide a flight to heaven, you can certainly see it from a Mount Cook Ski Plane!
Thanks so much for the hospitality to my wife and I, and for showing us around your gorgeous state. We will always treasure our time with you.
